In terms 3 and 4, the year 9 students delve into the concept of Cubism. Cubism was one of the most influential visual art styles of the early twentieth century. Students study artists like Pablo Picasso to strengthen their understanding of the art movement and to further develop their practical skills. Students have been asked to create a Cubist pot, highlighting multiple aspects of architecture and the Cubist movement.
